In our fast-changing world, children need to have the tools, skills and understanding to build a digital future where they can thrive. In this major partnership with Nominet – the guardians of the .UK domain – and BBC Children’s and Education, we rolled out an ambitious programme to reach and inspire primary schools across the UK.
Tinkering with Tech and AI is a global initiative, led by the UNICEF Global Learning Innovation Hub, designed to equip students and teachers with the digital skills, technologies, and creative problem-solving skills required in an increasingly technology-driven world. By putting hands-on, collaborative and experiential learning at the core, the programme works to bridge the digital divide – with a dedicated focus on empowering girls and supporting underserved communities.
