Registrations for free classroom kits are now closed
The Micro:bit Educational Foundation, BBC and Nominet have joined forces on BBC microbit – the next gen campaign, supporting primary schools in the UK to get children coding. Registrations to receive free kits have now closed. Full terms and conditions may be found here.
If you have already registered, the latest you will receive your BBC micro:bits will be March 2024, although you may receive it sooner! When your school pack has been sent out you will receive an e-mail advising of delivery.
You can still explore our free resources and training below, and you can use the simulator on our coding editors without a micro:bit. If you would like to buy some micro:bits, find out where to buy.
