Join us for our summer code-along. Together, we will code the micro:bit to create an activity picker to help your learners get active while they are inspired by this year’s summer of sport.

Equipment needed:

  • Students will need a laptop/tablet with access to the MakeCode editor at makecode.microbit.org (please check your students can access this in advance).
  • A screen to show the code-along event to everyone.
  • Optional - micro:bits. If you don’t have devices, you can use the online simulator to code the project, but ideally students will put their code onto a micro:bit, then attach a battery pack and use the project wherever they wish.
