Global goals
We are 12-year-old students who all live in the same Montefresco neighborhood.
We have created an innovative project called “RamonAQI” that allows us to measure the quality of the air around us, with the purpose of raising awareness about environmental pollution. It is aimed at the general public since we can all reduce our carbon footprint on our planet Earth, our home.
It was being able to express ourselves in public and interact with people, children and adults, also summarizing the content and handling of the technological part making it easy to understand for those who listen to us.
We overcame it by practicing with groups of observers of different ages, grades and parents to whom we showed our project.
Being able to work as a team and make our project functional taking into account important and current issues such as Global Warming, Climate Change and the Quality of the air we breathe.

A flood warning system using the micro:bit
This project sends an alarm when there is a flood risk.
This project uses micro:bit to help detect and avoid possible discrimination.
